Note: Admins with rights to edit users and security groups will be able to follow these instructions.
1) Log into eclipse and go to the ADMIN Tab - you will find the manage section (First block on the left)
2) Click on Security Classes
Select the security class you would like the user to see and click ADD USER under Users or ADD Group to add a bulk set of users. Give them rights. You can hover over each right and it will give you a brief description of it to determine if you want to give them that right or not.
