Description: A Docstar user suddenly is unable to view documents within an inbox. Logging in as a different account will reveal those items.


Software Version: Docstar 3.x


Procedure:


1) Go to View --> Columns

2) Select any line item in the windows and add or remove them with the single arrows. Then undo the change you just made.

3) Select ok and the inbox will refresh and all columns will be reset and should be visible again.
