Description: If you send an email to yourself from Eclipse but you do not receive them.
Software Version: Any
Solution:
1) Go to User Preferences
2) Go to Environment --> Opt out of emails. (If this is checked off you will not receive emails. So un-check it click save and then test)
3) If you still aren't receiving it, there may be something blocking the emails from being sent. Either reach out to your local IT to see if something could be doing this, or you can reach out to us for further assistance.
