Use Case: Ken's Food was including the file name in the GearMage. The issue was that it adds the filename for each attachment. So the file name when importing into Ancora was too long in some instances.

Prerequisites: GearMage    


Instructions:

  1. DO NOT include the Filename in GearMage to create the outgoing file name.
