Use Case:  Client's Ancora site is being hosted on a cloud instance     

(ex... companyname.piftech.com:8085) 

They want to be able to drop / scan to a local folder then have it uploaded to their cloud site


Customer: Any


Prerequisites: Port 12543 needs to be open by Network Admin (if on our cloud instance, Brian would need to allow port and users Public IP address)


Instructions:

  1. Install Epicor IDC Online setup on local pc or server  - screenshot example shown below

  2. Launch Epicor IDC input service and configure the server settings 


  3. Test connection

  4. Configure Watch folders as normal under service tab
