Software (include version): Epicor ECM

Use Case: Trying to log into the DocStar client on either the login or configure service tab and you get the following error message.

Prerequisites: N/A


  • This is being caused by their AV software blocking the login popup for entering password

  • IT will need to disable AV software on that device so that it will allow the login screen to open for you to enter password
