Description: This happens often when users are setting up new or re-configuring old imports.

Software Version: All

Solution: There are 2 main causes of this issue.

1. If the import folders are on a non local PC, you will need to sign in the Eclipse Automation Service as a domain admin.

  • OPEN THE SERVICES APPLICATION
  • Change the account above to the domain admin account.

2. If the test import function sees the document and run now works, disable pre-processing on the batch import.

If these fail, try recreating the batch import completely.
