Description: Although, documents are searchable outside of being in a folder (How to Search Documents), you might find it easier to keep documents in a folder so you can find specific documents quicker.
The user logged in that wants to create the Inbox/Folder needs to be an Admin User.
Right Click Inbox [or folder]
Select Create Inbox/Folder
Name the Folder/Inbox
And provide it a security class*
*Classifying a Folder as a specific Security Class means users who do not have the rights to view that Folder. BUT if a document is put in there with a Security Class that [Example] is Public - all users will be able to see that document. Documents in Folders/Inboxes are still available to retrieve outside of those folders/inboxes.
