Description: This is an exception at recognition station where the error message is cannot add files

Solution: This issue is related to Artsyl being unable to read/access the document for one reason or another. The 2 most common scenarios of this are either the file is password protected or the page sizes are incorrect. Either way, the documents will have to be saved out of Artsyl via monitoring station, fixed, and then resubmitted.
1. Open Monitoring Station
2. Select the appropriate batch and click the export original documents button.
3. If the exported folder is empty, we will have to retrieve the document from the DocAlphaBatch Folder, the path for this folder can be found by opening up server configuration utility and then clicking options
4. To find the document, you go into the batches folder and then the folder structure is based upon the batch number. The original document is contained in the base folder which can be found in the Btc folder of the batch.
5. Now that you have the original documents, you will have to find out what is wrong with them and how to correct it. If it is password protected, then whoever created the document will have to unlock it so you can resubmit it. If you find it is an issue with page size, you can correct this using Docstar's print import feature. Print the document to Docstar and then save out a copy of it and it should now be 8.5 x 11 inches. You can view page size in adobe acrobat and then right clicking on the pages and selecting Document Properties.
