Solution:
1. Open Windows Explorer by clicking the icon on the taskbar.
2. Open your C:\ folder, then Windows, and then Temp.
3. Select all files. Press delete key.
4. Open Docstar client and then close it.
5. Launch Eclipse Client Services.
6. Resume scanning.
