Solution:
1) Make sure you are logged into the Client correctly and click "Create Desktop Kiosk Shortcut"
2) Eclipse Kiosk is now available on your desktop. Double Click to open
3) Use your log-in for Eclipse
Note: Make sure your URL on the Kiosk matches what is in your Eclipse Client. This is crucial for a successful log-on.
