Description: The above message will appear when installing the Eclipse Client Service. This error message is coming from either UAC and or the users Anti-Virus.

Solution:

  1. Disable Both UAC and or Anti-Virus
  2. Remove and reinstall the client.

  4. Re-enable UAC and Anti-Virus.
