Description: When a user scans or imports tons of documents into Eclipse and does not submit them, it can sometimes overload the browser. You will get a wait or close option for the window. If you wait, the files will eventually pop up and you should be able to use the system. What we've seen is that sometimes the temp files that are created for these unsubmitted documents are deleted as part of normal windows cleanup and the scans are lost.
Software Version: All
Solution: All changes to that import grid are stored in the SignalRImport file. Each time you close the Eclipse Client, it should write to this file.
1. Close the systray.
2. Rename the SignalRImport file.
3. Reopen the systray.
4. Launch the web browser.
