The package containing the information for you to install the Docstar/Eclipse client is all internet based. It pulls the package from the amazon cloud, as well as Microsoft. If you have strong firewalls, this will block your access and you'll either need an offline installer (which the Tech department should be able to give you) or have your IT team help open access to download this item (as it's essential for daily use in Docstar) and they can close the firewall again.
