Add to: Can add items to an inbox or folder
Classify: Can change security class of items
Delete: Can delete items
Modify: Can modify items
Modify permissions: Can modify item specific permissions
Modify Rules: For work packages, allows modification of approval or slot requirements that would otherwise be determined by the Package Type
Remove From: Publish drafts, rollback to prior versions, delete published version (thereby publishing prior archived version)
Version Publishing: Publish drafts, rollback to prior versions, delete published version (thereby publishing prior archived version)
Full: All current and future permissions



Approve: May approve or reject
Content Generation: Allows the generation of links that create new content in Docstar. A form public link is one example of this type of link.
Export/Output: Allows exporting (printing, downloading, and emailing) of items
