This Applies to: All versions of Eclipse
Issue: A user may call in to notify us that they are getting the following message when logging into Eclipse: System License Expires in X Days
Solution:
- Go to the Admin tab
- Click on Licensing under the Company column
- Click on the blue refresh button to the right of the Current Licensing
You may get an error message during the refresh that says, "License request file invalid for the company id provided".
If this is the case, you will have to get in contact with Docstar about having them fix the issue on their end so that you are able to refresh successfully.
