Description: Current versions crash when document loads are excessive. We recommend that, at this moment, any users scanning with Docstar/Eclipse versions 17.52, that you limit what you scan.

Solution:
You can have it prompt you if you are done scanning or not. Start with 100, maybe 200 and then scan another batch.
In the Capture Page check off "Prompt to Continue".
This will ask if you have anymore documents.
Before disposing of paper copies, make sure your documents are in the system and filed to your liking.
