Description: Restarting the Docstar/Eclipse Services

Solution:
Right Click on the Task Bar (Where all your Icons are) > Click Task Manager
Click the Services Tab
Find anything listed as "Eclipse"
Right Click a Service and hit restart (if it's stopped, hit start).
*Not Every service will need to be running. Do not worry if it stays stopped.
