Make Sure the Eclipse Automation service is logged in improperly. This service needs a login of DOMAIN ADMIN Credentials.

Right click on the Taskbar > Open Task Manager:

Switch to the "Services tab" > at the bottom you'll see Open Services - click that.

Scroll down until you see Eclipse Automation Services. Right Click on the service and open Properties.

Move to the Log On Tab, make sure "This account" radio button is selected. Enter domain admin credentials and Apply:

you will need to RESTART the automation service before the changes take effect. Here's a link to assist you on how to do so.
