Solution:


You'll need to Navigate to the Control Panel (or Add/Remove programs). You can tap the windows key (found on the lower left of your keyboard):

Or you can click the windows button on your desktop (Found on the lower left corner of your screen:

 

Once you open Control Panel, navigate to "Programs and Features" 


Scroll down until you see the Eclipse. You will want to delete everything highlighted in the picture below.
