Description: Reports are not being sent to all users, mostly new.



Sounds like tables are not updating properly for the reports. A user must log into the computer hosting the Report Client (Might be hosted on your Docstar Server). 

Open the client, usually found in the Task Tray at the Bottom left of your Monitor [Where the time is]. Click the little up arrow if you do not see the blue globe.

Click the reports tab and Select "Deactivate Reporting". 

Select "Activate Reporting"

This will open the reports page back up and you will notice towards the bottom it will say "Synching ..." It'll go through all the tables. Once the area is empty and you do not see that it's Synching - test sending the Report out again. This should have reset it.
