Solution:
This error has a tendency to pop up when your Eclipse Client Service (The little blue globe) or An Office program *in the pic it is an Outlook error*
Most of the time, Eclipse client is running as an Administrator - you can just close it and reopen it:
Open the start menu and search Eclipse Client
Click to reopen and error should clear without issue.
