Step 1: Open Your Web Browser
- In the URL field, type the address to your DocStar server
- For Accounts Hosted by DocStar: cloud.docstar.com
- Those Hosted by PIF: ecmcloud.piftech.com
- All Others: see your DocStar Administrator or contact your Supporting Partner
Step 2: Enter In Your Credentials
- Use the Username and Password fields to enter your credentials.
- Type in your Username and click Log In.
Type in your Password and click Log In one more time. - If you want the system to remember your credentials for the next session, select the Remember Me check box. (This option is not recommended for shared computers.)
- If you want the system to remember only your user name, select Remember Username.
- Type in your Username and click Log In.
Step 3: Verify Successful Log In
- Once you have completed the steps above you should see a page that looks similar to the one below!
