Solution:
1. Highlight the URL in the web browser
2. Drag the highlighted text to your desktop using left click and release

Other method:
1. Right click on your desktop, hover over new, and click on shortcut.
2. Enter the URL for Docstar into the first prompt. (Note: URL may differ)
3. Enter the desired name for your shortcut.
4. Click Finish
