Description: Yesterday you can log into Docstar, but today it tells you that you're not configured.

(Note: We do apologise to those previously with this issue. It took us some time to figure this out and it was kind of a fluke,

to be honest.)


Solution:



It has been found that the computer clocks are out of sync with the [DOCSTAR/ECLIPSE] Server.  Open a connection to the server and the affected PC and compare times. Adjust either to which you think is right.


This Error is in association with another error we have seen.
