Description: The idle time out license setting in site settings isn't working, which could be causing users not to be able to login.

If you open event viewer from the server, you'll notice errors that apply to the Eclipse license monitor service.

  1. Verify that admin@docstar.com is logged into the configure services tab of the Docstar client on the server. This makes it so the license monitor service runs, which will free up idle users' licenses.
